Whether you're a family in Blacktown, Fairfield, Liverpool or anywhere across Western Sydney — if you're looking for NDIS support that actually works, you found the right team.
Whether you're a parent trying to figure out what's next, a young person ready to take on the world, or a support coordinator looking for a provider you can count on — you're in the right place.
You know your child better than anyone. You've been their biggest advocate from day one. Now it's time to bring in a team that works just as hard as you do — and keeps you in the loop every step of the way.
You're not a file number or a checkbox. You're a person with real goals, real dreams, and a whole future ahead of you. We're the team that'll sit with you and actually help you build it.
Whether you need a little or a lot, we've got you covered. All services are NDIS funded and tailored to your individual plan.
We help young people get out, connect with their community, and build real social skills across Western Sydney — from local activities to group outings.
We work one-on-one with participants to develop the practical skills they need to live more independently and reach their personal goals.
From daily routines to household tasks, our support workers come to you — providing consistent, respectful in-home assistance tailored to each individual.
We coordinate the moving parts so you don't have to. We manage appointments, services, and providers to make sure everything runs smoothly for your young person.
We help participants and families understand and make the most of their NDIS plan — connecting them with the right services in Blacktown, Parramatta, Fairfield and beyond.
Round-the-clock support for those who need it. Our team is available day and night, giving families peace of mind knowing someone is always there.
We support young people to find, prepare for, and keep meaningful employment — building the confidence and skills that make real careers possible.
Let's have a conversation and figure it out together. No pressure, no jargon — just a real chat.
From the moment you reach out to us, every step is designed to make you feel known — not processed. Here is exactly what happens when you choose Waymaker.
Call or email us and you will speak directly with Joey or Leo. Not a call centre. A real conversation with the people accountable for your care — then we'll walk you through a simple intake form together.
Within 5 business days, we sit down with your family — in your home or by video. We map your person's support needs, cultural background, communication style, daily routine, and goals. No clipboards. No checklists. A real conversation.
We match your person to a worker based on personality, cultural background, language, and support goals. Not whoever is available. The right fit. You meet your worker before their first shift. If you're not comfortable — we find someone else. No questions asked.
Shifts start. But unlike most providers, we don't disappear after onboarding. We check in at Day 7, Day 14, and Day 30 to make sure everything is working — the worker, the routine, the communication. Proactively, not reactively.
Every month, we call the primary family carer — not just the participant. Because the person carrying the most is often the one least asked how they're going. This call takes 10 minutes. For many families, it's the first time anyone has asked.
When your NDIS plan review approaches, we prepare with you. What to document, what evidence to bring, what to ask for. Most families go into plan reviews underprepared and come out underfunded. That won't happen on our watch — and we don't charge extra for it.
Words are easy. This is what we put in writing.
No jargon. No runaround. Just straight answers.
We support participants across Western Sydney including Blacktown, Parramatta, Fairfield, Liverpool, Penrith, Campbelltown, Auburn, Merrylands and surrounding suburbs. Not sure if we cover your area? Just give us a call — we're happy to chat.
Young adults aged 16–25 are our specialty and where we do our best work. That said, we welcome participants of all ages — we just want to make sure every person we work with gets the right support for their individual needs.
We work with participants across a range of disabilities including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, and those with complex or multiple support needs. We especially thrive with participants others have found challenging.
Easy — just reach out. Call us on 0420 567 794 or email admin@waymakerpathways.com and we'll have a real conversation about what you or your young person needs. No complicated intake forms to start with. Just a chat.
Absolutely — and we love working with SCs. Call or email us directly and we'll respond quickly, give you honest answers about whether we're the right fit, and keep you updated throughout the whole journey. We know your reputation matters.
The Launchpad Program is designed for young adults transitioning from school into work. We help them explore career options, build real workplace skills, prepare their resume, practise interviews, and support them through finding and keeping a job they actually want.
The Independence Program focuses on the everyday life skills that make living independently possible — cooking, budgeting, shopping, using public transport, managing appointments, and building confidence to navigate the world on their own terms.
Yes — we work with both plan managed and agency managed participants. If you're not sure which applies to your situation, your support coordinator or plan manager can help clarify, or feel free to ask us directly.
No complicated forms. No long wait times. Just a real conversation with people who actually care. Let's figure out how we can help.
