24/7 Support

We get it — because we've been in it

Whether you're a parent trying to figure out what's next, a young person ready to take on the world, or a support coordinator looking for a provider you can count on — you're in the right place.

💛
For Families

You've fought hard for your young person. Let's build the team around them.

You know your child better than anyone. You've been their biggest advocate from day one. Now it's time to bring in a team that works just as hard as you do — and keeps you in the loop every step of the way.

Not sure what you need?

Let's have a conversation and figure it out together. No pressure, no jargon — just a real chat.

The Stable Ground process

From the moment you reach out to us, every step is designed to make you feel known — not processed. Here is exactly what happens when you choose Waymaker.

1

You reach out — we pick up

Call or email us and you will speak directly with Joey or Leo. Not a call centre. A real conversation with the people accountable for your care — then we'll walk you through a simple intake form together.

Same-day response
2

The Stable Ground intake session

Within 5 business days, we sit down with your family — in your home or by video. We map your person's support needs, cultural background, communication style, daily routine, and goals. No clipboards. No checklists. A real conversation.

Within 5 business days
3

We find the right worker — you approve them first

We match your person to a worker based on personality, cultural background, language, and support goals. Not whoever is available. The right fit. You meet your worker before their first shift. If you're not comfortable — we find someone else. No questions asked.

Your approval required
4

Support begins — and we stay close

Shifts start. But unlike most providers, we don't disappear after onboarding. We check in at Day 7, Day 14, and Day 30 to make sure everything is working — the worker, the routine, the communication. Proactively, not reactively.

Day 7, 14 & 30 check-ins
5

Monthly carer wellbeing calls

Every month, we call the primary family carer — not just the participant. Because the person carrying the most is often the one least asked how they're going. This call takes 10 minutes. For many families, it's the first time anyone has asked.

Monthly · For carers too
6

Plan review prep — we sit with you

When your NDIS plan review approaches, we prepare with you. What to document, what evidence to bring, what to ask for. Most families go into plan reviews underprepared and come out underfunded. That won't happen on our watch — and we don't charge extra for it.

Included · No extra charge

We back it with a guarantee no other NDIS provider in Western Sydney offers.

Words are easy. This is what we put in writing.

The Waymaker Stability Guarantee
If we assign you three different primary support workers in your first 60 days — for reasons within our control — you receive a full week of support at no cost to your plan.
We offer this guarantee because consistency is not a feature of what we do — it is what we do. Worker instability is the single most common reason NDIS families leave their provider. We don't just promise to fix it. We put it in writing.

If we cannot build you a stable, matched support team in your first 60 days, you should not pay for it. So you won't.
  • Matched workers, not available workers. Every placement is made on fit — personality, culture, language, and your person's goals. Not the next available shift.
  • You approve your worker before we begin. No surprises. You meet your support person first. If it's not right — we rematch, no questions asked.
  • Proactive check-ins at Day 7, 14 and 30. We don't wait for you to tell us something is wrong. We call you first.
  • Direct access to Joey or Leo — 7 days. When something urgent happens, you reach a co-founder who knows your person by name. Not a call centre.
  • 60-day stability, backed in writing. Three different primary workers in 60 days through our fault — one full week of support, free.
* The Waymaker Stability Guarantee applies to changes in primary worker assignment for reasons within Waymaker's operational control. Worker changes initiated at the family's request, or due to circumstances outside Waymaker's control (illness, bereavement, participant safety), are managed case-by-case with full transparency and communication.
