NDIS Support for Young Adults
in Western Sydney

Person-centred disability support that builds confidence, independence and real community connection.

Waymaker Pathways supports self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Western Sydney with community access, social participation, independence-building and everyday goal-based support.

Support That Fits the Person

Every participant is different. That is why our support starts with understanding the person — their goals, interests, routines, personality, preferences and what a good day looks like for them.

At Waymaker Pathways, we do not believe support should feel clinical, rushed or disconnected. We focus on real-life confidence, community connection and consistent support that helps young adults keep moving forward.

Whether it is getting out into the community, building daily living skills, trying new activities or developing more independence, our goal is simple:

Support the person. Respect their choices. Help them grow.

How Waymaker Support Works

1

Free Support-Matching Call

We start with a simple conversation to learn about the participant, their goals, support needs, preferences, interests and location. No pressure. No call centres. Just a real conversation to see whether Waymaker Pathways may be the right fit.

2

Worker Matching

We look at personality, interests, communication style, availability, location and support needs to help create a better participant-worker match. The right support worker matters — good support is about connection, consistency and trust.

3

Start Support

Once everything is agreed, we confirm the support schedule, service details, communication expectations and next steps. Our aim is to make the process clear, simple and comfortable for the participant and their family.

4

Review & Grow

Support should keep moving with the participant. We check in, review what is working and adjust support where needed so it stays aligned with the participant's goals.

Waymaker Pathways may be suitable for:

  • Young adults
  • Participants wanting community access
  • Participants wanting social participation
  • Participants wanting to build independence
  • Families looking for reliable support
  • Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants
  • Participants across Western Sydney

We focus on support that helps participants feel more confident, more connected and more involved in everyday life.

Not Sure What Support You Need?

That is normal.

You may know you need support, but not know exactly what that should look like yet. We can help you talk through the participant's goals, interests, current challenges and what kind of support may be suitable.

A free support-matching conversation can help clarify:

  • What support may be needed
  • What goals the participant wants to work toward
  • What days and times may suit
  • What type of worker may be the best fit
  • Whether Waymaker Pathways has suitable capacity
  • What the next step could look like
