Feedback & complaints

You can tell us when something is not right. Making a complaint will never affect the support someone receives, and you can ask someone else to complain for you.

How to raise something

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge that we received it.
  2. We ask what outcome you are looking for, rather than assuming.
  3. We look into it and tell you what we found and what we are changing.
  4. We record it so patterns are visible over time.

We have not published turnaround times here yet, because we will not commit to a number we have not tested.

If you are not satisfied with our response

You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544, or the NDIS on 1800 800 110. For privacy concerns, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. You can go to them at any time - you do not have to come to us first.

Anonymous feedback

You can raise something without giving your name. We will still look into it, though we may not be able to tell you the outcome.
